As the Summer months inch closer, you would think that I’d be working on building up my tan but in honour of Twilight: Eclipse, I’m rocking the pasty skin this year.

OK, I’m already pasty and I’m too lazy to tan properly but let’s just say it’s down to Twilight.

Anyway, I’ve got two new images to show you from the upcoming instalment of the series that will see vampire Edward and Bella, his lady love, fending off an army of new vampires.

Victoria’s back on the prowl looking for revenge and the Volturi are still hanging around, waiting for Bella to choose whether she’s going to stay human or become a vamp herself.

I know we’ll have to wait until December to actually see Disney’s Tron Legacy but I can’t help but get excited over the smallest details of this movie right now.

I found some new promotional pictures for what could be the movie’s villain over on science fiction blog io9. If you weren’t already convinced that the production has been taken up a couple of notches then check out these images. The suits look amazing and I can’t wait to see them zipping around on the new badass lightcycles.

It’s shaping up to be a good year for animation what with How To Train Your Dragon doing phenomenal business and Shrek Forever After due to be released soon, but the one that’s caught out beady little eye is Despicable Me.

I’ve been good enough to show you not just one but three trailers for this movie and now, to tide you over, I’ve got a poster for you.

You can catch Despicable Me in 3D in cinemas from 15th October.

Alice and company are back this year to blow more grey matter out the back of zombie heads as the latest Resident Evil instalment hits our screens.

The last time we saw Alice she was dealing with some telekinetic powers and a connection to the Umbrella Corporation. After making it through a desert full of zombies, Alice discovered a whole batch of Alice clones.

Alice and co-zombie killers Claire and K-Mart wake up all the clones and prepare to take the war to Tokyo to confront the bosses of Umbrella Corp.

Unfortunately, from what plot points I can gather, the action will actually be set in LA rather than Tokyo. Apparently, Claire’s brother Chris is there, trapped in a jail.

While i don’t have an official synopsis to hand you, Heyuguysblog have got an idea.

‘A new lead that promises a safe haven from the Undead leads them to Los Angeles, but when they arrive the city is overrun by thousands of Undead and Alice and her comrades are about to step into a deadly trap.’

Well whatever the plot is, I do know that it’s going to be in 3D. Take a look at some pictures, courtesy of The Trailer Park on Myspace, and see what you think.

It’s getting closer and closer to the release date of the third instalment of the Twilight series and as we all wait patiently for Eclipse, I’ve got some new pictures to share with you.

They don’t give away too much detail but still I’m sure more than a few Twi-hards will be using them to make some fanart tonight.

Let’s begin with Bella, Jacob and Edward hanging out next to what looks like Bella’s house.

Two things concern us in this picture; firstly, there’s the obvious wig they’ve put on Kristen Stewart to cover up her Runaways haircut. Secondly, the length and width of the R-Pattz’s sideburns – is he auditioning for an Elvis movie?

It almost looks like a still from a Twilight spoof. Also, Jacob’s muscles look a little smaller than the last time we saw him and I’m not happy about it.

Do It!

Shrek Forever After will see loveable ogre Shrek trapped in a parallel world after being tricked by the sneaky Rumpelstiltskin. His true love Fiona doesn’t recognise him or Far Far Away Land and only Shrek can put things right.

Unfortunately, his trusty steed Donkey doesn’t know who he is either and Puss-In-Boots has really let himself go. Somehow, Shrek will have to fight off every magical creature Rumpelstiltskin throws at him and convince Fiona that they belong together.

You’ll have to wait for 2nd July to see the adventure in 3D but for now I’ve got some pun-tastic posters for you.

I’m in full Twilight mode in the run up to the release and today I’ve got a treat for you.

It’s the brand new poster for Twilight: Eclipse, the fourth instalment in Stephanie Myer’s vampire series.

While Bella, Edward and Jacob all look good on the poster, they do seem a bit bored. They seem to have gone for the ‘waiting for a bus’ pose.

And is it me or does Jacob look a bit shiny, like he’s been rubbing shoulders with the Chippendales?

OK it’s not the greatest poster I’ve ever seen but I’m sure they’ll release better ones as we get closer to the June release date.

You may love him or hate him, but we’re all just going have to accept that Michael Cera is Scott Pilgrim.

Not every fan was impressed by the choice to cast Cera in the upcoming adaptation of the comic book Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, but it’s coming anyway so we should try to enjoy it.

Edgar Wright is directing the movie which also stars Mary-Elizabeth Winstead, the Oscar nominated Anna Kendrick, Brandon Routh and Chris Evans.
